- The infinity pool is available for 10 minutes free of charge; extra time can be booked on the island.
- The snorkeling equipment is included, but you can bring your own if you prefer.

- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip are non-refundable.
- In case of bad weather (as decided by the Egyptian Coast Guard), the trip may be canceled for safety reasons.
- You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip to another day.
- Payment can be made in Euros, US Dollars, or Egyptian Pounds.
